Manufacturing defects

Wrong product delivered

Damage during transit (with unboxing video proof)

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and customisation factors, the following cannot be returned:

• Customised jewellery
• Used or worn items
• Discounted or sale products

Return Window:
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Process:
Contact our support team with your order ID and issue details. Once approved, the product must be returned in original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging.
