Our buyback policy applies only to:
• Certified lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased from our store
• Products that include the original invoice and certificate
Eligible products can be returned for 80% of the original invoice value.
Buyback will be accepted only if:
• Original purchase invoice is provided
• Original diamond certificate is submitted
• Jewelry is not customized or personalized
The following items are not eligible for buyback:
• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Products without original invoice
• Products without certification

How will I receive the payment?

Are customized items eligible?
No, customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for buyback.
